WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Online or in-person: You explore how to be with difficult emotions in a non-judgemental and compassionate space, with me guiding you to connect with your grounded body, open heart, and clear mind. I use a combination of somatic interventions and may guide you in basic postures with a yoga-based framework, breathing techniques, meditation, and dialogue. At the end of the session, you will leave with insights and practical tools to help create lasting personal growth and change.
